Saturday, October 2, 2021 theHotel Restaurant Alpi di Foza offers the traditional meeting at the end of summer: a food and wine evening based on mushrooms, game and other local products.
A welcome guest and speaker of the evening will be Filippo Menegatti, forestry expert and mid-mountain guide,who will address the theme:"3 years after Vaia".
Dinner includes: two appetizers, three first courses, game dish and dessert.
The wines of the Azienda Agricola Maria delle Vittorie will be served and you can taste the grappas of the Marzadro Distillery.
The evening will start at 20:15.

- Chef's welcome with polenta chips, Asiago Dop cheese mousse flavored with hay
