Beginning simultaneous ignition of propitiatory bonfire party Hoga Zait Roana fractions on the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni

The Festival Cimbro "Hoga Zait" 2017 Edition inAltopiano dei Sette Comuni begins in all fractions of Roana: Robaan (Roan), Roan (Canove), Kamparube (Camporovere), Kan Züune (Cesuna), Kunka (in Treschè Basin) and Toballe (Mezzaselva).

We'll start on the evening of 13 July 2017 at 21.00 with thesimultaneous switching on of the traditional propitiatory bonfire organised by various Pro Loco, in a crescendo of proposals really engaging.

Throughout Hoga Zait 2017 will be constant participation of Schellaträgar who guard the Schella, Bell symbol of our villages. Hoga Zait can stay active and purposeful thanks to public and private institutions that support economically the Festival and to whom all our gratitude.

We look forward to this year to Hoga Zait.

Here's how to make your own in minutes: white shirt, dark-colored waistcoat, breeches and "sgalmare" for men and white t-shirt, dark, long skirt, bodice "crossbar" and headscarf for women... rush into the attic and get ready for this awesome Hoga Zait!

Meeting point in front of the Church at 21.00 hours to pull the town Capital, accompanied by the music of Vicenza Brass and propitiatory bonfire ignition.

CANOVE

At 21.00 hours, opening Hoga Zait "BALT HALSELL" (folk metal band) and followed by parade with lighting the bonfire

ROANA

At 21.00 hours, meeting point in Piazza Santa Giustina to walk towards the bonfire in locality Poodame

MEZZASELVA

At 21.00 hours, gathering in front of the headquarters of the Pro Loco in Piazza dei Cimbri, followed by torchlight until inaugural and propitiatory bonfire.

CESUNA

At ore 20.45, meeting at the Church for the candlelight vigil accompanied by Cimbri music until the cippo Bignami

CAMPOROVERE

At 22.00 hours, meeting point in the locality of Monte Rasta for lighting a bonfire
