Snowshoe hike to Monte Longara with Guide Altopiano: A balcony on Central Valley
Mount Longara is located just north of the hamlet of Gallio, for this is convenient and easy to reach, but for scenic beauty and wildlife has nothing to envy to the principal summits of the North of the plateau.
From this area you can enjoy a splendid view on the so-called Central Valley, where most of the villages on the plateau.
During snowshoe hike we all the ridge of the mountain, passing by pastures and meadows during the summer ' that inhabit mountain grazing animals, coming to the monument dedicated to John Paul II who from here has blessed the lands of the 'Plateau.
The meeting point is attached to the parking lot in front of the Asiago ice for hours 09.00 with duration of half a day. Are required for the snowshoe hike hiking boots and heavy clothing. You can also, if you have not, rent snowshoes at a cost of 6 euros.
The excursions will take place with a minimum of 6 participants. For groups of at least 6 people also can be made on request historical/natural custom outputs.
The baseline cost for this snowshoe hike is 10 euro.

Guide Altopiano are a group of young fans of mountain, nature and history of our territory. We are professionally ' conduction activities l people in places of natural interest and historian of ' seven Municipalities Plateau.
