GOAL: Monte Croce - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
This is an ideal route for those looking for boundless views: the view from the Venice lagoon to the Emilian Apennines will be the frame that will embellish the botanical peculiarities of the path, which can give an attentive observer a key to understanding the truly special and exciting environment.
Walking through the woods and pastures of the southern area of the Asiago plateau, we discover the history and nature of these places through the stories and anecdotes of the passionate local guide.
Reservations are required.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route winds through mountain paths constantly overlooking the plain and quite steep, requires adequate physical preparation and familiarity with hiking in a mountain environment. The difference in height uphill is less than 500m.
TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, PACKED LUNCH.
COST: € 20 for the guided excursion per person, € 5 for children under 15 years.
MEETING PLACE: 9.30 am parking area immediately following (going up) at the 10th hairpin bend of the cost road, SP 349. Precise directions will be sent via WhatsApp at the time of booking.
