Guided naturalistic-historical excursion to discover alpe Cimbra with Asiago Guide
Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 4.30 pm to 7:30 pm
Destination: Forte Busa Verle - Alpe Cimbra
UA different route than usual, on forest tracks open to the Tempesta Vaia and little-frequented paths, leads us to the defender not only the plain of Vezzena, but also the Alpe Cimbra, and the Alta Valsugana. Together with the Forte del Pizzo di Levico, Campo Luserna and Forte Belvedere, a fortified line had been created to defend Austria from a possible invasion of the Kingdom of Italy, which happened in the summer of 1915. In these woods rich in history we will spend a pleasant day among beautiful landscapes along the ancient Tyrolean border. The excursion includes the possibility of stopping for dinner at Malga Zochi
Those who want at the end of the excursion can stop for dinner in the hut

Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height uphill is less than 500 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit.
COST: € 15, for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years.
Dinner: Malghese dish, soft drink and coffee at 18€
