Gourmet meal with local produce and seasonal Altopiano di Asiago
Saturday 26 February 2018, at 20.00, final round of culinary event "Spring at the table", featuring products of the spring season on theAsiago plateau.
For the last evening, the exhibition will make a stop at the Edelweiss Inn of Roana in Treschè Basin , where an extensive menu of wild grasses and other local specialties will delight even the most refined palates.

An appetizer of the evening:
Gratinated asparagus with peppery cheese puff and wildflowers
Carpaccio of deer marinated with dandelion mousse
Crispy basket with herbs fantasy and wild boar.

Selection of two first courses:
Farinelle "ciopet" soup and Morel mushrooms and potato and ricotta Goodies in Treschè Valley with the five herbs.
Costellette of Lamb with edible flowers, chicory and crisps
Dessert:
Pastry with ricotta with wild flowers and ice cream of dandelion and biscuit at cumo
Coffee and bitter herbs and roots.
The wine will be allocated to courses.
