META: the woods of Roana di Sopra - Altopiano dei Sette Comuni
Starting on foot from the center of Roana we follow ancient roads connecting the characteristic mountain village and its mountains. We head towards Roana di Sopra to immerse ourselves in the Sprunch forest, home to many wild animals such as foxes, badgers and roe deer of which we will meet the signs of presence ... and why not, to meet one or more of these friends.

Let's discover together the importance that trees have always played for man since ancient times, also through sensory experiences that go far beyond the simple forest management of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The difference in height uphill is less than 300 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit.
COST: 5€ for the guided excursion.
