Stroll to discover the treasures of the fields, Treschè, Asiago plateau Basin-1 May 2013
The Casòn delle Meraviglie in collaboration with La Quinta's restaurant Conca Treschè organize a walk to discover the wild herbs useful for our health and for the ' use in the kitchen.
The meeting is slated for hours at 09.45 piazzale del ristorante La Quinta.
After a walk that will be taught to recognize the spontaneous herbs, at 12.30 is scheduled to return for lunch made of flowers and herbs.
The menu includes:
Appetizer: salty cake by melcraut
First: nettle Risotto with Bacon and stracchino
Second: pork tenderloin with cheese flavoured with calendula accompanied by Dandelion and Duchess potatoes and farinelle
Dessert: Panna cotta with honey d ' FIR honeydew; coffee with biscuits perfumed pine and wild Primroses

The Cason of wonders is a small alpine hut (which we called cason) that dates to the early 900 ', embraced by three ancient wild cherry trees. Located in Treschè Valley in a small corner of paradise in the beautiful mountains of ' Asiago plateau in the province of Vicenza. The Cason is an educational farm for children and adults who want to rediscover ancient knowledge and maintain a bond with nature.
He created the ' idea of this little fact is Cristina Panozzo which after various experiences he decided to fulfill his dream of putting together the passion for what is true and genuine, the ' love for the land, the joy of a simple walk through the pastures and the ' affection for each animal.
