Historically themed meeting about the battle of Caporetto and the great war-gallium, Asiago plateau-August 10, 2017
Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 20.45, at the Council Chamber of Gallium, will hold a Conference on the theme "The battle of Caporetto", during which the expert Gianpaolo Marchetti will try to shed some light on that tragic conflict, joined the common language as a synonym for the disastrous defeat.
During the meeting, the expert will talk about the great war, even with the aid of photographs, documents and newspaper articles of the time.
The Conference, in fact, falls within the scope of the meetings with the theme "1917: Gallium and the great war told from newspapers of the time."
