Friday, August 20, 2021, the SelvArt Art and Nature Park in Mezzaselva di Roana organizes a lesson in meditation and conscious breathing practices in the woods, which will last all morning.
Imagine being immersed in the silence of the forest, surrounded by the scent of wood and leaves.
Not just any forest, but an environment rich in art and legend in which we feel in a parallel world.
Selvart will be our "place of peace", where we can feel at ease and in contact with Nature!
After a walk along the park path, we will stop in a quiet area among the beech beech to immerse ourselves in ourselves through the proposed experiences:
conscious breathing practices, meditation in motion and deep relaxation with Tibetan bells and other tools.
Our practice will be addressed to Mother Earth, a hymn to life and thanks to the one who welcomes us and hosts us!
• Meeting at 8:45 am at rifugio K2 in Mezzaselva
• Reservations required by 18.00 on Thursday 19 August
• Cost:15€ adults - Free for children under 14
