The documentary "the plateau of wonders" in screening at Lux Cinema

Sunday, December 7, at the Lux Cinema, at 20.30, will pay homage to the natural beauty of theAltiplano with the screening of the documentary film "the plateau des merveilles".

The documentary, the result of artistic collaboration between filmmakers Luke Benetti and Fabio Coluccelli, tells of the spectacle of life behind the most hidden and remote corners ofseven Municipalities Plateau, through the exciting words of writer Mario Rigoni Stern and evocative images of the photographer Roberto Costa.

The narrator of Elda Olivieri accompanies the viewer in this exciting journey, discovering the natural beauties that distinguish the Highland territory, starting with the dark heart of the Woods until the glow from snow white holding the highest peaks .

"The plateau des merveilles" is not intended to be a simple documentary: it's a real tribute to the seven Municipalities Plateau and great personalities who by their words, their pictures and their voices have paid tribute to the stunning beauty of our Earth.

Mario Rigoni Stern (Asiago 1921-2008), proved in 1953 with the Sergeant in the snow, one of the most famous books of the postwar period. Is one of the most significant writers of Italian 900.
