Sunday 5 April 2015, Easterday, the restaurant Rifugio Val Ant hosts an Easter lunch with a menu full of dishes and genuine.
Easter welcome of the Refuge Val Ant, tasting the delicious traditional flavours in dishes prepared by our chefs, enjoy the magic of spring air contrast with the magnificent panorama of snow still landscapes of theAsiago plateau.
THE MENU '
APPETIZERS
"Herbs, asparagus and cheese"
Easter pie herbs of spring, with the heart of Asiago. Pancetta and Asparagus roll on cheese fondue and the spoon polenta.
FIRST
"Dumplings and pancakes"
Homemade ravioli stuffed with lamb, in asparagus sauce. Sachet of crepe stuffed with gorgonzola cheese, herbs, raisins and pine nuts, Gratin with butter.
SECONDS
"Lamb and kid"
Baked smoked kid to white wine. Roast leg of Lamb (for those who don't like lamb and kid: baked veal sirloin).
CONTOURS
"Potatoes, artichokes and Catalonia"
Baked potato with spring aroma artichoke hearts salad alla veneta, Catalonia mountain Grand Pennar.
SWEET
"La Colomba Pasquale"
Artisan Dove with pastry cream and hazelnut hot sauce.
