Under the full program of events organized in Asiago 's summer 2011, is part of an evening dedicated to the taste.

Saturday, August 6, 2011, will take place in fact "The night dell'Asiago - the flavor under the stars," atasting event and promotion of local food products, including, above all, the famous Asiago cheese.

Do not miss it, wholesome goodness of the Asiago Plateau and its certainly please all types of palates!

Here 's list of events planned for the evening:

• At 21.00 in Piazza Carlo will take place "in Piazza Asiago".

• In all the squares in the center also will have the opportunity of tasting guided by expert dell'ONAF (National Organization of Cheese Tasters, AIS (Italian Sommeliers Association) and of 'adlD (Italian Association of Tasters Spirits).

• At 21.00 in Piazza San Rocco, the Black Out will perform in concert.

• The museum "The Prison" will be exceptionally open from 21.00 to 23.30 and from 22.00, will host, in collaboration with the Institute of Hospitality Asiago, a buffet of sweet dell'Asiago.

• At 21.30 in Piazza Risorgimento II, will stage "The Incantadora", a play with dinner. To participate you must book at the Tourist Office (ticket price € 20.00).

• At 22.30 then the parade will be held in the Marching Band.
