8 August 1944 Memorial in remembrance of recurrence in Camporovere di Roana, Asiago plateau

Wednesday 8 August 2018 at 20.30, at Piazzetta 8 August at Camporovere, we celebrate the 74 anniversary of a given historical and sad roanese fraction:8 August 1944, at the height of the World War II, the Nazis burned 74 houses of the hamlet of Camporovere.
They were stopped due to the parish priest of the time which was able to convince German soldiers stopped in their aim of destruction.

Today, we celebrate the courage of the people of Camporovere, who with determination has been able to recover and bring your own country the splendor it deserves.
