Friday, December 28, 2012, Asiago, held the fourth show of Theatre "Theatre Winter".
This evening, at the Teatro Millepini, the troupe "Nautilus Theatre Site" will stage the showFeatured" ", directed by Piergiorgio Small.

The 2012/2013 Theatre was created by Pro Loco Asiago and Sasso, always attentive to the interests of the public.

We're in Chicago in the late 1950s.
All the reporters waiting inside the press room of the Court carrying an anarchist convicted of murder.
The reporter Hildy Johnson has decided to marry and abandon the life of reporter for the advertiser. Burns, the Director of the Examiner decides that its reporter is too important for the newspaper and does not hesitate to plotting to send to mount her marriage.
Between subterfuge and twists, Hildy Johnson, goes to fulfill his last service. The convict on the run fall within its clutches, escapes the pitfalls of corrupt police and begins a new journey, as the cynical reporter.
The frantic voice of the leader, the frenzy of the escape, the brilliant flashes ironic characterize the succession of scenes, that slip away in the flow of the story, related by telephone wire connecting environments, events and characters.
In the end, the grotesque, the laughter and the irony does not break the judgment of condemnation that transpires from the text, to a world that we didn't exist anymore.
Cynicism, ruthlessness, the news at any cost, the private life in the service of scoop, represented with a grotesque and feel exasperated.
In the background the criticism of the death penalty, with the possible conviction of an innocent man, the corruption of Justice should apply, rather than crosses for personal ends.
The ghosts of journalism, all together, passionately inhabit the scene of the first page in that Court and in Chicago from the past, which actually might be today.
