Dinner with mushroom dishes of the territory of the Asiago plateau, at the refuge Val Ant
Saturday 27 October 2018, at the Refuge Val Ant, there will be the theme dinner "TREATS with mushrooms", with exquisite dishes of fungi of the territory.
Black trumpets and Morels, Porcini pioppini, will star in a delicious dinner, with dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and top quality.
It will be an excellent opportunity to spend an evening with friends, enjoying the best of local produce of our beloved Plateau.

- Wild boar ham with Pioppini sautéed and restriction of balsamic vinegar of Modena
- Slice of orange with black Trumpets dairy Cochinillo

- Tagliolini pasta with Morel mushrooms and butter Larches
- Orzotto ai Funghi misti and imagination of parsley

- Fillet of veal with Porcini larches and lardo di Sauris with seasonal vegetables
