Like every year, thefall on theAsiago plateau conquers us with its beautiful colors, scents and flavors!
To celebrate the fall season, Saturday 14 October 2017, at the Refuge Val Ant, there will be a theme dinner with dishes of exquisite mushrooms of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni.
Porcini, finfarle, tacks, Calhoun will be the protagonists of a delicious dinner, with dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients with a twist by chef Inaki Scodeller and his kitchen staff.
It will be an excellent opportunity to spend an evening with friends, enjoying the best of local produce of our beloved Plateau.

The appetizer
- Mini beef tartar with yolk creamy radicchio and fresh studs tips
- Golden calf's Sweetbreads with sauce to Calhoun and celeriac chips
The first
- Tagliolini pasta with Asiago cheese chips finferle and D.O. P
- Pearls of pumpkin with porcini sauce and crispy bacon
The second
- Saddle of suckling pig Roast with pepper sauce, mixed wild mushrooms and Fried polenta
The dessert
- Delight with porcini, parsley, sweet loam nemelaka and ice cream with chestnuts
