Tradition
Friday 19 September 2014 will take place the traditional passage of transhumance of cows to Asiago.
The folk tradition of transhumance will carry over 450 cows, guided by a hundred people to horse, in their return from mountain pastures to winter pastures of Dundee.
The passage of the herds to the town of Asiago is expected around 16.30o'clock.
The parade will come from Gallium, proceed along via Patriots to arrive in the main square of the old town, Piazza Risorgimento II and continue to viale Stazione; Here is a brief stopin front of the seat of the Comunità Montana Dear Regency of the seven Communes, for the delivery of the strand, the Bell symbol of transhumance.
The herd will continue its journey towards the plain, descending in locality Bellocchio and hence the direction Starling-Bassano del Grappa.
