Trekking and Yoga in the malga. Regenerating experience

YOGA IN MALGA,an afternoon of approach and deepening to yoga suitable for every level. Surrounded by nature, surrounded by the breathtaking panorama that ranges towards the Po Valley and lying in the alpine pastures surrounding Malga Montagna Nuova di Dietro a Conco,on the Asiago Plateau, yoga teacher Martina Bassi and Asiago Guide will focus on physical well-being, harmony, mental serenity, balance, breathing, relaxation and sharing through a sensory path and Yoga activities.

Each participant must equip themselves with their own mat or tarp. At the end of the experience you can dine in the malga at a cost of 15 euros with the following menu: .

– Homemade noodles with ragout or malga butter;
– Platter of fresh and aged malagasy cheeses with sopressa; polenta and cooked vegetables;
– sweet made in malga;
– water, wine, coffee and mountain liqueurs.
Reservations are required.

Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.

DIFFICULTY: We assign a difficulty 1 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route develops between dirt roads, mountain trails and some stretch of asphalt road, rarely trafficked. The uphill difference is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.

TO TAKE WITH you: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.

COST: 20€, for the guided excursion. 10€ for children under 15 years old.
