TREKKING & YOGA AT SORAPIS LAKE: IN THE HEART OF THE DOLOMITI

EXCURSION:
Excursion this time in formula "trekking & yoga".
Lake Sorapìss is one of the most coveted destinations in the Dolomites.
An inique blue pearl nestled between the walls of the main Dolomia.
We will reach this magical place from the Three CrossEs Pass.
Although the route has a small difference in altitude it is not to be taken under leg: some exposed passages make the excursion suitable mainly for those who do not suffer from vertigo.
Arriving near the Vandelli Refuge and then at Lake Sorapìss we will stop for lunch and for the yoga session led by the talented Giulia.
We will then calmly return to Step Three Crosses for the same ascent route.

The proposed yoga class is suitable for everyone.
It will allow us to "feed" pure mountain air through practices of pranayama (conscious breathing) and yoga postures that will help mind and body to live the trek with strength and energy.
The only material provided for this activity is the mat.
The Yoga session will be conducted by Giulia Rigoni: certified teacher of yoga RYT 500 hours.
Packed lunch.
