On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the gym of the Roana Elementary Schools hosts a free postural gymnastics lesson with Andrea.

The activity offers a series of exercises designed to improve body alignment, increase awareness of movements and promote proper muscle balance. 

Through gradual and accessible work, postural gymnastics helps to counteract tension and stiffness, helping to prevent discomfort related to incorrect postures assumed in daily life.

Particularly suitable for those who want to improve their mobility and general well-being, this discipline allows you to work on elasticity, coordination and body control, with benefits that can also be reflected in everyday activities.

An opportunity to devote time to self-care and rediscover the pleasure of conscious movement during the summer on the Asiago Plateau, in a welcoming and relaxed context.
