Mountain flowers give wonderful and flamboyant blooms in this season, delicate and unforgettable fragrances and tasty flavors!
A walk through the pastures and woods leads us to the discovery of wild plants and their use in popular culture, from alimurgia to the pharmacopoeia of the Cimbrian tradition.
The scent of wild thyme and the crackling of the lit fire accompany us to a panoramic place where it will be possible to attend a cheese-making test, where we will make cheese with wild mountain flowers and herbs! A product to be enjoyed with the eyes and that will satisfy the most demanding palates for a convivial lunch with friends!
The return along a simple dirt road through the beech and fir woods leads us easily to the cars.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 1 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths, dirt roads and a few short stretches of asphalt road with little traffic. The difference in height is less than 120 m, there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
COST: €30 for the guided excursion and lunch based on local products, €15 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
