Sunday, june 20, 2021 a Nordic Walkingcourse is scheduled at Enego.
Pole walking was the way cross-country skiing athletes used to train in the summer.
Today Nordic Walking is one of the most practiced physical activities that allows you to use most of the body muscles and can be carried out by anyone.
Here are all the dates and times of the course:
- Friday, June 18th at 10:00 am
- Sunday 20 June at 10:00 am
- Friday 9 July at 10:00 am
- Sunday, July 11th at 10:00 am
- Monday, August 9, 9:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, August 10 at 9:30 am
- Wednesday, August 18 at 9:30 AM
- Thursday, August 19 at 9:30 am
The event is organized by thePro Loco Enego Association.
Reservation required at the Tourist Office within the previous day.
