On Saturday, August 3 , 2024, at 9:00 p.m., in Roana on the Asiago Plateau, the 13th "Vaca Mora" will take place: a night race along the evocative 10 km of the Old Railway, now a cycle path, which connect Campiello to Canove di Roana.

It is a non-competitive running event, organized by the municipal administration of Roana in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Treschè Conca, Cesuna and Canove, which takes place along a route lit by torches for the occasion.

Arrival: Canove di Roana

Departure time: 21:00

Length: 10 km

Difference in altitude: 50 m

The route is traced almost entirely on a former railway and mule tracks.

INFO & RULES

The event will take place in all weather conditions, in case of bad weather a headlamp is mandatory. 

The timing of the competition will be carried out by means of an electronic chip SPORT DOLOMITI.

Early departures will be excluded from the final ranking. 

In case of abandonment of the race, the competitor must promptly notify the organization. 

There will be a broom service that will have a pace such as to reach the finish line in about 2 hours.

Those who are not in possession of a sports medical certificate can register for the NON-COMPETITIVE version, it will NOT appear in the final ranking, the registration still includes the bib/chip with official arrival time and all the services described.

ATTENTION!

The organization reserves the right to close registrations early if the maximum number of participants is reached.

To validate the registration, it is necessary to be in possession, by the day of the race, of the sports medical certificate for competitive activity.

Deadline for registration : SATURDAY 3 AUGUST at 18:00 at the Proloco of Tresché Conca. It will not be possible to register on the race course.

DEPARTURE TRANSPORT SERVICE

From 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m . there will be a shuttle bus service of GIRARDI VIAGGI for transport (only of registered athletes), from the Pro Loco Canove headquarters to the Start-line of Campiello. 
Punctuality is recommended.

LAST RACE at 7:30 p.m., there is no shuttle service after the race.
