DESTINATION:  Valdassa - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)

The Valdassa is one of the three most grandiose and deep valleys of the Plateau and from Roana to Canove it takes on the appearance of a canyon. A lush canyon, rich in biodiversity where among the mixed and fir woods it is easy to lose track of time admiring the different species of flowers present.

During the excursion you will not only discover the wonderful nature that surrounds you, but also numerous stories of the people who passed through it, such as prehistoric hunters, brave Cimbrian women and heroes of the Great War. 

Reservations are required. 

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route develops between mountain paths, dirt roads and a few short stretches of paved road with little traffic and a tunnel. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 450 m, there are no exposed sections.

TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, PACKED LUNCH.

COST:  10€ for the guided excursion.
