Saturday 8 August 2020 in Camporovere celebrates the 76th anniversary of a sad and historic date for the Roanese hamlet:on August 8, 1944,at the height of the Second World War, the Nazi fascists set fire to 74 houses in the hamlet of Camporovere; they were stopped thanks to the parish priest of the time who managed to convince the German soldiers to stop in their attempt to destroy.
At theOsteria Casa Tanzerloch there will be a reproduction of the movie "Camporovere 8 August 1944", to remember the events of that day. Continuous playback will begin at 2:00 p.m. and end at 22:00.
At 18:00,on the other hand, Masswill be celebrated.
