Excursion to discover of medicinal and aromatic plants grown in the garden of Via Busa-Asiago

Saturday, August 19, 2017, the herbalist Antonio Calhoun will take you to visit thel beautiful vegetable garden via Busa, to Asiago.

Theguided excursion "visiting herbs" will start at 16.00 hours, with departure from the parking lot of the baita (Qvb).

The expert will make available its knowledge about the plants medicinal and aromatic plants of the Asiago plateau, making you discover new and interesting uses.

ANTHONY CALHOUN

Anthony Calhoun is born in Lusiana 1 November 1949 and currently resides in Asiago. He graduated from herbalist at the Faculty of pharmacy of Urbino in 1981. Botanist and an expert on medicinal herbs and plants, for more than ten years of herbal medicine courses held with excursions in the field.
Has been host of a morning, on Bbc1 and has participated in several tv shows on Bbc2 (serene and Variable), Rai3, TeleArena, channel 68, TeleVeneto and
Radio (Radio Horeb in blue). He has published: "medicinal plants in folk tradition", "ancient apples of our grandfathers." He has also collaborated to the realization of publications: "suggestions of rural-herbs, cooking, health" and "the gifts of nature on your plate".
