On Wednesday 26 August 2026, from 9:30 to 10:30, the Palaciclamino in Cesuna will host an event dedicated to dynamic gymnastics, led by Valentina Frigo, a graduate in Sports Science and certified Pilates instructor.

The meeting will offer a series of exercises designed to promote physical well-being and improve mobility, posture, balance and muscle tone. 

Thanks to a focused and professional approach, participants will have the opportunity to work on the body comprehensively, developing coordination, stability and awareness of movement. An ideal opportunity to start the day with energy and dedicate a moment to self-care.

Comfortable clothing is required to participate and it is necessary to bring a personal mat with you.
