Dinner dedicated to the event Made In mountain hut and Asiago DOP cheese Produced
Friday 29 June 2018, the Restaurateurs of the seven towns celebrate theAsiago DOP cheeses of our mountains and with a series of themed events "waiting for Made In Malga".
Among these, also the restaurant Alps of Foza, who will prepare a themed menu, with delicious dishes based on Asiago plateau land and other cheeses .
The dishes will enhance its unique taste, thanks to imaginative combinations with fresh local products and excellent quality.
Will be a guest of the evening Dr. Gianni Rigoni Stern speaks of pastures and cheeses, herdsmen of sheep and cows grazing and a bit of history.
Dinner will be an opportunity to learn about one of the typical products of the Asiago plateau best-loved ever, but also to spend a fun evening with friends.
The beginning is at 20.00 hours.
