A sunset walk between the pastures and beech forests of the 7-City Plateau, led by Asiago Guide to discover the production of Asiago DOP cheese and its history.
"Behind every cheese there is a pasture of a different green, under a different sky": set out to discover (and taste) the secrets of the real Asiago DOP cheese of Malga and find out what are the herbs of the pasture that make it so special.
The proposed aperitif will in fact be carried out in a tea and will offer you a taste of products made from spontaneous mountain herbs.
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. It develops among meadows and pastures, mountain paths, dirt roads, through beech forests, fir forests, grazing areas. The climb is less than 250 m. There are no exposed strokes.
At the end of the excursion, for those who want, you can stop for dinner at Malga Mountain New from Behind with a 15-a-view tasting menu consisting of:
- Homemade tagliatelle with gravy of the day or malga butter
- Fresh and seasoned cheese cutters; suppressed, bacon. Polenta and tosella.

what should I take with me?
mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, front pile, sunglasses, sunscreen, headdress.
COSTS AND BOOKINGS
20th , including the guided excursion and the aperitif in the farm, 5th for children under 15 and for teachers (exhibiting a template). Dinner is not included in the price, it costs 15 euros per person.
