Guided walk to discover the potato of Treschè Conca and mountain agriculture with Asiago Guide

Walk among the potato fields to learn aboutmountain farming and in particular the secrets of this famous and delicious vegetable.
The names of the places tell us stories of migration, hunger, ingenuity, huge works to be able to grow these slopes with cereals, legumes, linen ... and then finally from the new world came potatoes!
These tubers, unlike other crops, fed the many families of mountaineersmore andbetter, thus allowing them to survive the long winters more easily by transforming with admirable skill a poor product into numerous dishes that we can taste at the end of our tour in a local farmhouse.
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULT: We assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is spread between mountain trails and dirt roads in the Tresché Conca countryside. The uphill difference is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
FROM PORT WITH Self: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, cap.
COST: 15 euros, for guided excursion. 5th for children under 15 years.
