Guided historical-naturalistic walk through the places of the Great War with Asiago Guide

META: Mount Church - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
During this intense day we visit the north part of the Plateau,where Mount Chiesais located, of fundamental strategic importance during the First World War.
Of the war, in addition to military strategies, we delve into what life has been at the front.
Everywhere, but especially in these places, the survival of the soldiers was linked to the possibility of having water and food available.
It is no coincidence that the Austrians tenaciously guarded the "buso del giasso",” “one of the karst chasms where you can find ice all year round.
An Insight into the various phases of the First World War, primarily on the Battle of Mount Ortigara:: from History to Nature, from Truth to Legend... where the rawness of places mixes with popular culture!
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULT: We assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is spread between mountain trails and dirt roads. The uphill difference is less than 500 m there are no exposed sections.
FROM PORT WITH Self: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, PRANZO AL SACCO.
COST: 15 euros, for guided excursion. 5th for children under 15 years.
