Monte Fior and Monte Castelgomberto have among the most suggestive trenches of the Asiago Plateau, part of which have been cleaned and made safe so they can be perfectly visited. In addition, the outcrops of red-ammonite create real rock towns, the so-called crowns, spectacular rock formations on which it is not uncommon to see marmots "lying in the sun"!
On the way back it is almost a must to stop at Malga Slapeur to greet the nice managers left among the few to still produce the anchor the authentic Asiago, that of sheep!

DIFFICULTY :we assign a difficulty 5 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging).
TO TAKE WITH YOU:necessary mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1.5 liters), possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and PACKED LUNCH.
