Guided historical-naturalistic walk through the places of the Great War with Asiago Guide

META: Mount Fior (Foza Melette) - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
Monte Fior and Monte Castelgomberto present among the most evocative trenches of the Asiago Plateau, some of which have been cleaned and secured so they are perfectly accessible.
In this area, so bitterly scratched by the Great War, the natural beauty of the City of Rockstandsout. Outcrops of red-ammonia that create the so-called crowns, spectacular rock formations on which it is not uncommon to see the marmots "stretched in the sun"!
On the return it is almost a must stop at Malga Slapeur to greet the nice managers left among the few to still produce the authentic Asiago anchor, that of sheep!
Reservations are required.
Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.
DIFFICULT: We assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is spread between mountain trails, restored war walks and dirt roads through the upper part of the Seven Communal Plateau. The uphill difference is less than 400 m there are no exposed sections.
FROM PORT WITH Self: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, PRANZO AL SACCO.
COST: 15 euros for the guided excursion. 5th for under-15s.
