META: Malga Fratte - Vezzena Plateau

Walking along the ancient border between Tyrol and the Spectacular Regency of the Seven Municipalities, wewillexperience an atmosphere ofother times, through magic and wonder, but also hunger and tragedy. A porous border for the Alpigians who continued to cross it to exchange salt with tobacco, wine with wool, grappa with cheese... We will understand how traveling at night in the light of the stars, not only allows you to go unnoticed, but above all makes it full of pathos at night without creating problems on the way, made clear and visible by the thousand snow crystals that mirror the moonlight and the stars. From Malga Fratte we will reach Malga Campo Rosà crossing the ancient frontier several times, as the animals of our woods have always done, of which we will recognize the traces and signs of presence

Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.

DIFFICULTY: We assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain trails and dirt roads. The uphill difference is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections.

TO TAKE WITH you: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves, front pile.

COST: 15€ for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years old.

Possible rental of snowshoes and sticks: 10€ per person.
