Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 16.00at the video room of Strong Corbin in theAsiago plateau, Danilo Pellegrin and Galliano Rosset will present the book "wrought iron. Glimpses of the history of Monticello Conte Otto and surroundings".

For the occasion, thengresso to the Museum is free.

The book is the result of collaboration between Danilo Pellegrin, passionate about photography and the vicentine artist known throughout Italy Galliano Rosset. The two authors have chosen to visit the towns of Monticello Conte Otto , and Vicenza , with the aim of fixing with photos and with plates drawn, the large amount of iron artifacts, found in villas and ancient dwellings scattered in our countries.

The results allowed to recover and grow the wealth of historical knowledge and therefore reevaluating the wrought iron, often dismissed as a minor craft work; It is instead the result of great effort, sacrifice and imagination on the part of the craftsman, who with great passion has created works that you will have the opportunity to admire the Strong Corbin.
