Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 10:30 am, at the PalaCiclamino in Cesuna di Roana, there will be a lesson in Kangatraining Italy.

Kangatraining is a pre- and post-partum gymnastics designed for the physical changes of the woman's body from pregnancy to postpartum to be done together with her baby.

Thanks to music and basic aerobic steps , the mother trains without realizing that she is exercising while the baby lulled by music and movement falls asleep within a few minutes of gymnastics and usually wakes up in the final part of stretching.

A non-competitive sports medical certificate is required. Reservation required.

Kangatraining classes will be held every Monday and Thursday from August 22 to September 12, 2022.
