Thursday, August 3, 2023, in Treschè Conca, we invite you to participate in an experience of psychophysical well-being and Taoist yoga at the Piazzale della Baita Azzurra, located near the lawn of the treadmill. 
The lesson will start at 10.00 am and will be led by Stefania, an expert yoga teacher.

Get ready to immerse yourself in a lesson dedicated to achieving mental and physical balance, practicing fluid movements and mindful breathing. Stefania will guide you through specific exercises to promote relaxation, flexibility and rebalancing of inner energies.

The course is repeated every Monday and Thursday of August.

No matter if you are a beginner or an expert in yoga, the event is open to all those who wish to dedicate time to their well-being.
