Monday, July 11, 2022 at 10:30 am, at the PalaCiclamino in Cesuna di Roana, there will be a lesson in Kangatraining Italy.
Kangatraining is a pre- and post-partum gymnastics designed for the physical changes of the woman's body from pregnancy to postpartum to be done together with her baby.
Thanks to music and basic aerobic steps , the mother trains without realizing that she is exercising while the baby lulled by music and movement falls asleep within a few minutes of gymnastics and usually wakes up in the final part of stretching.
INFORMATION
In July 2022: every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 am at the Palaciclamino in Cesuna, with band / baby carrier / ergonomic baby carrier support / in stroller and pregnant.
Non-competitive sports medical certificate required.
COST: Package of 8 lessons 130€ - Package of 4 lessons 80 € - The insurance card is included. Reservation required.
