Monday 17 July 2023 at 9.30 am NATURE YOGA awaits you: yoga practice at the Parco delle Leggende in Cesuna di Roana with Giulia Rigoni, RYT 500 ORE certified teacher.

The practice is suitable for everyone and includes asanas (yoga poses), mindful breathing and sensory experiences. The best way to connect with Nature.

Bring a mat or blanket. In case of bad weather it will take place at PalaCiclamino.
