Mental and physical Wellbeing, YOGA & TREKKING: with the guides Plateau and Chandra Yoga Asiago
YOGA & HIKING
To maintain the shape and prepare for the summer so many winter activities, the teacher of Yoga and meditation Ranjeet Raghava and ski instructor and Mountain guide Anna saddle, propose a series of dynamic Yoga and hiking.
To prepare the body and mind, Yoga 1:00 is performed at the Center not only dance in via Verdi in Asiago and later parterà on foot from the Centre and a trek to pace to activate heart and muscles through the brisk discharge cowls which extend into no consumption of calories.
PROGRAM Of Activities
Meeting scheduled at 8.00 at the Center not only dance of Asiago.
1 hour of dynamic Yoga activities
2-hour trek with sticks (best of nordic walking) or without (your choice), sports clothing, shoes and bottle of water.
FIX: dynamic Yoga and hiking fast
Travel time: 8-11.30
Giulia Rigoni-Yoga teacher certified advanced level
Guides: Anna Saddle-Amm and skiing instructor
Cost of the asset including guide + Yoga activities
Single task €15
Yearly membership for 5 activities: €70
Yearly membership for 10 activities: €130
DRESS CODE:
Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga activities and after trekking, sneakers. Possibly ask at time of booking

What is YOGA with the TREK?
It is a form of exercise that combines the beneficial activity of stretching and muscle strengthening and conscious breathing of yoga and hiking fast and therefore calorie consumption of energy.
