Trekking&YogaDolomitico

Trekking&Yoga Dolomite with Plateau Guides and Chandra Yoga Asiago at the San Marco Refuge

A weekend in the name of yoga practice in the high mountains and Trekking in search of physical and mental well-being in a spectacular context: the Dolomites.

Activities will take place at the San Marco Refuge in the heart of the Eastern Dolomites, in the municipality of San Vito di Cadore on the Col de chi from Os to 1823 m slm, surrounded by immense Dolomite ramparts such as the Antelao, the Sorapiss, the Marmaroles.

From the hut it seems to touch with hand the normal way up to the Antelao and the slender and elegant walls of the Cima Belprà. Instructors
Giulia Rigoni, advanced yoga teacher
Born and raised on the Asiago Plateau, a magical place full of history and wonderful nature.
Since I was a child I have cultivated a passion for art, especially for painting, and in the course of my life I have had the opportunity to deepen my artistic skills with study and practice by also participating in exhibitions and competitions in Italy and Europe.
At the age of 25 another discipline enriched my life: yoga. After years of studying these two great passions of mine have finally become the my profession. Since 2012 I have been teaching multilevel yoga and I offer art-creative workshops to adults, teens and children trying to convey my love for these two worlds. In collaboration with a childhood friend with whom I share the passion for nature and the mountains for three years I propose yoga and meditation practices in nature with a unique formula and all to discover.

Anna Sella – Media-Mountain Companion
I was born in Asiago, the capital of the Plateau of 7 Municipalities: a beautiful land that I love since I was a little girl and that has given me moments of serenity and happiness.
I live by following the philosophy of "forest" life. I firmly believe that the forest and nature are a sacred space, a gift that has left us those who before us lived in this Earth and a place to be protected and defended in order to leave it intact and wonderful to future generations.
My love for Earth and Nature made me dedicate my life to us by teaching and recounting what nature gives: serenity, happiness and healing for our body and mind.

Security and expertise
The Yoga and Meditation classes will be led by the Advanced Yoga Certified Teacher and recognized CONI Rigoni Giulia and the walks will be accompanied by the Environmental Naturalistic Guide Anna Sella.

Yoga styles and exit descriptions:

- PRANAYAMA
Hands-on breathing practices

- HATHA YOGA
This practice aims to achieve the psycho-physical balance and to a greater awareness of our vital, physiological processes and our body in all its parts. The different postures and breathings purify our being making us stronger, more flexible and balanced. It acts in elongation on all muscle chains, also favoring a deep joint mobility. it is a practice that makes us aware of our physical limitations and helps us to overcome them thanks to a deep concentration on the state of mind-body presence.

- VINYASA YOGA FLOW
it is a form of dynamic yoga that follows the principle of the harmonic flow of breath and movement. The student's mind is soon hooked by practice, disled from its usual patterns and brought to higher levels of awareness. The strong pace and continuous variations in the fascinating set of positions make it an excellent exercise, able to keep the body in its optimal shape through all stages of life. Controlled breathing calms the nervous system and purifies internal organs, blood vessels and lymphatic system, improving health and generating a sense of deep well-being.

TREKKING foresee the drop of 700m on the first day and 400m on the second day, but will be carried out in peace to savor the nature and peace that is typical of the place
