On Thursday 13 August 2026, from 17:00 to 18:00, the Pro Loco of Mezzaselva di Roana invites residents and tourists to participate in a moment of relaxation and regeneration with the outdoor Yoga lesson, which will be held at the Mezzaselva sports field.

The initiative, free and open to all, curated by Chandra Yoga, will accompany participants in a practice designed to find balance and well-being, immersed in the tranquility of the mountain landscape.  During the lesson, positions and exercises aimed at reducing stress, increasing flexibility and promoting a deep feeling of inner peace will be proposed.

In case of bad weather, the lesson will be held indoors at the schettinaggio room, while still ensuring the smooth running of the activity.

Free admission.

Yoga classes are offered every Thursday at the same time, from 16 July to 27 August 2026, thus allowing those who wish and have the opportunity to follow the entire weekly path, for a summer of well-being.
