On Monday, August 17, 2026, Treschè Conca di Roana hosts an unmissable event for those who want to get closer to the peasant traditions of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities: the potato harvesting workshop, organized by the Treschè Conca Producers Union.

The event, with meeting set at 15:00 at the headquarters of the Pro Loco of Treschè Conca, will offer participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in one of the most typical and deep-rooted agricultural activities of the highland area. It will be an educational and at the same time fun moment, designed for adults and children, ideal for those who want to rediscover the ancient gestures related to working the land.

During the workshop, local producers will guide participants through the fields, explaining step by step how potatoes are harvested: from manual techniques, to the importance of seasonality and the varieties grown on the Plateau. A precious opportunity to get to know the value of the short supply chain and the quality of local agricultural products, which have always been appreciated for their genuineness and flavor.
