MasterChef hopefuls visiting 2015 on the Asiago plateau

The contestant on MasterChef 2015 Lorenzo Dahal has invited his colleagues to visit Roana and the Asiago plateau

Weekend in Plateau for some competitors in theItalian Edition of MasterChef 2015, the world's most popular culinary talent show , broadcast on Sky One.

Although opponents in the program, they became friends, sharing emotions, disappointments and difficulties of competition reserved for amateur cooks. Among the competitors of this edition there is also the roanese Lorenzo Dahal, who invited fellow Erica Lancaster, Atul Babu, Mattia D'agostini and John G to come see his country and the plateau.

"Together we enjoyed it a lot," says Lorenzo – doing a nice tour, visiting among other things Roana, Verena, Campolongo and Asiago. Everyone enjoyed both the territory and the level of its culinary offerings. In particular we delight in going for dinner at theHotel Europa with the specialties prepared by Alessio Longhini, who is my mentor and my inspiration. In my opinion is currently the best chef of the plateau, and who wants to be a chef cannot give up having an experience while enjoying its dishes ".

"The competitors of MasterChef – says in turn Alessio Lara-were interested in preparations enjoy during dinner, they made me question and asked for some tips. I answered clearly, without so many words, that to become a good cook you must take the pile! Sacrifices are needed to go the distance and a good store of experiences. Among them someone told me to MasterChef arrive by case registered by someone else, someone else wanted to participate for passion or for a different experience. Finished the program, there are those who want to try to continue on this path, and those who think to continue their studies instead, which falls totally from what tried to do in the tv show. Everyone is happy to have had the opportunity to participate in the program ".

A chef by profession, what do you think of the show? "I think everything is geared to the show and that it left out a lot of what is the real work in kitchens, where us cooks we spend hours and hours. In fact the guys I have confirmed that the recording hours are numerous and are then reduced with many cuts commensurate with the tv times ".

Waiting to find out, in early March, who will be named the MasterChef Italy 2015, our good luck to go to all the aspiring to the title!
