Ordinance on parking lots and street closures for "Asiago ... Light flakes 2019 "

Subject: REGULATION Of ROAD TRAFFIC On The OCCASION
OF THE EVENT WITH FIREWORKS CALLED
"FIOCCID 2019 LIGHT" that will take place at the public gardens of
DAY 15 FEBRUARY 2019 and CARLI SQUARE at the AIRPORT ROMEO
16 DAYS and 17 FEBRUARY 2019 SARTORI. REVIEW AND INTEGRATION.
 

THE RESPONSIBLE SUPERVISORY AREA

GIVEN that the day 15 February 2019 at the public gardens of Piazza Carli and 16 and 17 at the airport Romeo Sartori will host the event with Fireworks called "light flakes 2019" organized by the municipality of Asiago-Tourism Department:
• Friday and Saturday beginning at 22.00;
• Sunday starting at 18.30.

CONSIDERED that, on this occasion, it is necessary to adopt specific measures which, in order to allow the smooth running of the event, as well as to ensure road safety, public safety and in particular the barrage of accesses through the use of service vehicles supplied to local police and voluntary associations, as provided by the Interior Ministry Circular No 11001 dated 28.07.2017 on organizational models for ensure high levels of security at public events.

CONSIDERING also that the technical meeting held at the Council of the municipality on 29. Or 1.2019 were highlighted some issues:

• implementation of a route reserved for emergency vehicles, to those of the Organization and the authorities in the stretch between Via Podestà and Via Costa, to the entrance of the airport;
• No parking near the entrance of the airport service located near the barracks of the fire brigade;
• presence within! ' Transport Airport suitable for shovelling snow;
• No-parking zone with removal along the perimeter of the airport;
• no access to the airport Via Ebene for all vehicles, starting at 21.00 on Saturday 16 February 2019 and from 17.30 on Sunday 17 February 2019;
• parking spaces reserved for campers in the locality of San Gaetano (flour) and Via c. rings (parking Villa Rosa).

FOUND that it has not been possible to obtain the availability of designated areas in the forecast at Park campers in the locality of San Gaetano (flour) and Via c. rings (parking Villa Rosa) where it is necessary to ensure the normal business to a Boarding school students and to a nursing home;

ACQUISTITA in the meantime a new area for parking in Via Ebene destine at Park for passenger cars and RVs.

VIEW the circular of the Ministry of public works no. 1525 of 28.09.1981.

ASSUMED the responsibility for the adoption of this Act, by virtue of the Decree of Mayor # 1-adj. Gen. # 1 03.01.2019 Organisational Position holders of nomination from 01.01.2019 to 30.06.2019.

SEE the "implementing regulation and implementation of the new rules of the road", approved by Legislative Decree 30 June 1992, no. 285.

HAVING REGARD to articles. 5-paragraph 3, 6 and 7 of the "new rules of the road", approved by Legislative Decree 30 June 1992, no. 285,

ORDER HERE

1. on the occasion of the holding of that event have adopted the following roads:

Friday 15 February 2019) in Piazza Carli at the public gardens

• 08.30 a.m. and until the runoff spectators from Piazza Carli at the end of the event, are temporarily imposed the ban on driving and car park with forced removal in the following streets and squares:
  • P.zza Carli (section included a town hall Loggia dei Caduti until corner Cafe Roma, as well as the stretch around the public garden until intersection with Largo Odegar);
  on the same day the transit from Via Dalla Zuanna with direction Via Liguria and See direction Bgt. P.zza Carli;
   
• starting from 10.30 to 24.00 hours shall be set up a Wide in the stretch between Z.T.L. Odegar, P.tta della Pesa, C.so IV Novembre and Via Lobbia.

Saturday February 16 b) 2019 in locality airport Romeo Sartori "

• Starting from 20.00 and up to the end of the event is placed the unique sense of March, with its ban in the opposite direction, into the ring road from the intersection Via Ebene Nia Rendola-Via Ebene-Via Rigoni di Sotto-Via Rigoni di sopra-Via Mimos-Via Costa-Via Podestà until the intersection with Via Rodeghieri;
   
• There shall be established a no-parking zone with removal across the road to the airport, Via Ebene until Via Podestà with validity 0-24 in two days (Saturday and Sunday);
   
• On a ring road is single lane said fast track and reserved for emergency vehicles and authorized means of the Organization and the authorities, with special pass, with direction Asiago Centre, Via the Podestà and Via Costa up at the entrance of the airport;
   
• Is a reservedrest area for campers inside the parking Via Ebene-Via a. Rossi;
   
• There shall be established a ban on driving in the airport area for all vehicles, starting at 21.00 on Saturday 16 February 2019 (one hour before the start of the fires), with the dam at Via a. Rossi.

C) Sunday 17 February 2019 in "Romeo Sartori airport"
 

• Starting at 16.30 and up to the end of the event is placed the unique sense of March, with its ban in the opposite direction, into the ring road from the intersection Via Ebene Nia I-Via Ebene-Via Rigoni di Sotto-Via Rigoni di sopra-Via Mimos-Via Costa-Via Podestà until the intersection with Via Rodeghieri;
   
• There shall be established a no-parking zone with forced removal across the road to the airport, Via Ebene until Via Podestà with validity or-24 in two days (Saturday and Sunday);
   
• On a ring road is single lane said fast track and reserved for emergency vehicles and authorized means of the Organization and the authorities, with special pass, with direction Asiago Centre, Via the Podestà and Via Costa up at the entrance of the airport;
   
• Is a reservedrest area for campers inside the parking Via Ebene-Via a. Rossthe;
   
• There shall be established a ban on driving in the airport area for all vehicles, starting from 17.30 on Sunday 17 February 2019 (one hour before the start of the fires), with the dam at Via a. Rossi.

2. This Ordinance shall be made known to the public through appropriate road signs and by inspecting traffic reports.

3. In accordance with artt. 3-paragraph 4 of law 7 August 1990, n. 241 States that against this provision, may be appealed:

• within 60 days of the notification of this prowedimento to the regional administrative court within the time limits and in the manner provided for by art. 2 December 6 1971, Act # 1034;
   
• within 120 days of the notification of this prowedimento to the President of the Republic, in the manner and under the conditions provided for by art. 24 November 1971, 8 and following of the P.r.decree # 1199.

4. In connection with the provisions of art. 37-paragraph 3 of legislative decree 285/1992, always within a period of 60 days may be appealed, by those who have interest in the affixing of signs, depending on the nature of signs affixed, to the Ministry of public works, in accordance with the procedure referred to in art. 74 of
the regulation, approved by P.r.decree # 495/1992.

5. In accordance with art. 241/1990 8 of that law, it should be noted that local police office is responsible for this process.

6. For transgressions are used the sanctions provided for by art. 6 and 7 of the highway code.
