In Gallio , the charm of the Christmas season is ready to reach its peak! After the inauguration of the traditional Christmas markets on Friday 8 December, the beautiful town on the Plateau is preparing to experience another moment of excitement and celebration on Saturday 9 December 2023.

Young and old, residents and tourists will gather in Piazza Italia to experience the magic of lighting the Christmas tree.

At about 6:00 p.m., a wave of lights will illuminate the tree and its glow will project an enchanted atmosphere over the entire square, illuminating the smiling faces of those present in an unforgettable setting of celebration and community.

But that's not all! The sparkling and joyful atmosphere of the moment will continue with another opportunity for conviviality: the traditional chestnut! Wrapped in the warmth of the Christmas spirit, between chatter and laughter, those present will be able to taste freshly roasted chestnuts, whose flavor has the gift of taking you back in time, warming the heart.

And while the evening will end amidst the scents and sounds of the party, the Christmas markets of Gallio will continue to liven up the festivities on the Plateau until January 7, 2024, with their rich and varied offer (for info on opening days and hours click HERE).
