Aperitif at the Asiago Prisons Museum January 21, 2017, at 17.00
Saturday, January 21 2017, the Museum the prisons of Asiago held an interesting lifecycle event ' Appetizers at the Museum ', entitled ' Highland ' old apples and honey.
The meeting will be organized by Slow Food 8 Plateau Commonconduct, with the involvement of the herbalist Anthony Cantele and Andrea Garner.
The aperitif will start at 17.00 and will be the perfect opportunity to discover interesting tidbits about ancient varieties of apples and honey produced in the plateau.
A short trip in the ancient wisdom of our fathers and grandfathers to explore theuse of Apple 's in gastronomy and therapeutic and various uses in daily life. A journey through the history and local lore intended to sensitize visitors to the recovery and restoration of apples and honey, unique products that are part of us. An opportunity not to be missed to discover our roots.
The title of thetemporary exhibition at the Museum which is inspired by the event is "", an exhibition dedicated to the kitchen and its traditions in the representation of engraving.
