"ART & CIOCC. The Tour of chocolate-makers ", 3-4-5 February 2017 Asiago

The inauguration of the event Art & Ciocc scheduled in Asiago Friday 3 October, was postponed due to bad weather Saturday 4 February at 11.00 Piazza IL Risorgimento.

If you love chocolate, the weekend of 3-4-5 April 2017, you can't beat the stage of "Art & Ciocc. The Tour of chocolate-makers"in old town to Asiago!

The tour along the chocolate Italy indeed will take place this year on theAsiago plateau, precisely in piazza Risorgimento II at Asiago, from 9 to 21.

For the occasion will be set up many stands for sale and tasting of chocolate in all its forms and tastes.
Each participating tour master Chocolatier specializes in a particular production, also linked to the tradition of their region of origin. So from Piedmont, Lombardy, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Umbria, Puglia, Sicily you can make a journey through the infinite variations of chocolate: from cuneesi al rhum, chocolate liqueur, served on crisp wafers; Hazelnut and chocolate creams from maxi-Modica chocolate gianduia, Nougat and chocolate dragees passing by; chocolates with extra virgin olive oil, slabs of chocolate in various flavours; and yet, macarons

crispy and so on and so on and so forth.

… And then ... the forms! Of all kinds: from chocolate to those heels from football, until the last generation of I-Phone ... but there will also be the Classic candy bars, chocolates, refined and colorful chocolates and the all new choco kebabs.

Chocolate any shape, texture, colour, but always with one thing in common: the goodness inextricably linked to quality. Only the best raw materials are processed and transformed by Chocolate Masters into true delicacies, often in the form of works of art. A feast for the eyes and for the palate!

• From 10.00 to 15.30 – with stops to taste typical products and dishes. Departure from Prison Museum (via Cairoli 13) visit of the temporary exhibition "a timeless art. The kitchen and its traditions in old prints from the 16th to the 19th century"dedicated to the kitchen and its traditions in the representation of engraving, and concluding with the delights of chocolate masters of Art & Ciocc (all inclusive € 18)

• From 10.00 to 17.00 will be a InstaMeet around the city: the Instagramers registered in the event – i.e. fans toting photographers smartphones – they're going to discover the most charming places of Asiago and will share their best shots on social networks with the hashtag #instarteciocc and #artecioccasiago to be able to follow in real time.

• 17.00 Hours at the Museum the prisons (via Cairoli 13) will host the event "": tasting by master Chocolatier Dominic Spadafora of Rai 2 "said and done" (meeting with tasting and admission to the special exhibition "a timeless art. The kitchen and its traditions in old prints from the 16th to the 19th century"€ 6)
