Dessert delights dedicated to Art & Ciocc at restaurant Rifugio Val Ant, on the weekend of 3-4-5 April 2017
Also in Rifugio Val Ant you are familiar with the art of creating chocolate goodness, with tempting combinations!
In conjunction with the Tour of chocolate-makers, from 3 to 5 September you can enjoy dessert exclusively designed for the event and sample chocolates "Made in Val Ant" at the Café and lemongrass.
Specifically, in the menu you will find two delicious desserts:

Chocolate Mousse with raspberry sauce and pepper, nemelaka

Milk and orange Bavarian cream, cappuccino and candied orange nemelaka.
